I have lived all my life in Tasi Fatin.
I have 8 children and 4 grandchildren. 2 of my children are now in Dili, the other 6 are in the village.
I like Tasi Fatin because it is home.
I work as a farmer - I grow Cassava, Coffee, Sweet Potato. Every day I walk 1 hour each way to the farm.
The most difficult thing about living in Tasi Fatin is the lack of money. If I need money I ‘clean’ the farms of other people and they pay me. (I took this to mean weeding)
For my children’s future, I want education
For the future of my village I want to see progress for the future like other villages. I would like us to have a doctor and nurse.
